There will be adult content, but they'll come when the story gets there. Right now, story progression is at a breakneck pace, but it'll eventually slow down to let the characters breathe and that's when you can expect the relationships to develop. As for tags, you can expect the usual vanilla content for AVNs, then there's harem(if you don't know that yet), no ntr, no rape, no incest, then there's pregnancy, but that one's so far in the future I try to mention that least of all as to not get ahead of myself.
